WRONG!!
The correct answer is :
"I forgive myself when I make a stupid
mistake".
If you answered: "everybody makes them, so, what the heck"; then
you are not taking the matter seriously. Then corrective measures won't be
taken seriously either.
If you answered: "I use profanity, or say something negative to myself when I make a stupid
mistake"; then you are using unhealthy destructive self-talk.
How you talk to yourself is a good measure and direct reflection of your
self-esteem.
A healthy mind will have healthy communication.
Can you be strong and mentally healthy if you talk against
yourself? Think about it.
